- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unhelpful and condescending reception staff. Booked my appointment 30 minutes later than what was verbally agreed causing unnecessary waiting. One receptionist threatened to cancel my daughter's appointment when I suggested we go for a walk to the pass the time, saying that whoever was after me would take my place.
