- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This surgery is rubbish. You can never get through when you ring for an appointment and the appointment system they have is rubbish. They cover the whole of ilkeston, cotmanhay and kirk hallam and can't cope with it all. They really need to separate it all again. The old system worked alot better than it does now.
